Contractor Bundle
General characteristics
The Contractor bundle is intended for companies that manage the maintenance of entire buildings or parts of them, or of individual systems; it includes a set of features to support and optimise the operational management of maintenance activities through a simple and intuitive interface.
The main focus of these companies is to manage alarms, from notification to triage, so as to optimise their business and provide a better service to end customers; this translates into a better service level agreement, more business and higher profit potential.
The Contractor bundle can be used to manage all connected sites, or alternatively can be enabled by the Retailer or Retailer Smart bundle, assigning control of one or more sites to specific maintenance companies.
