CAREL Japan

In 2018 CAREL has acquired 100% of CAREL Japan, a distribution company operating since 2013 on the Japanese HVAC/R market. CAREL previously held a 49% stake in the company. Headed by Shinobu Takitoh, the subsidiary is based in Tokyo.

This subsidiary is part of the Asia Pacific region, where CAREL already has a production site, in China (Suzhou), and distribution subsidiaries in South Korea, India, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
