Preconfigured kits, such as the EVD ice kit for electronic expansion valves, bring together the required components in one ready-to-use package, reducing selection errors and saving time before the installation begins. To further support technicians in preparing for field intervention and keeping pace with evolving technologies, CAREL also offers free multilingual training courses, through its Learning Portal, featuring up-to-date technical content and courses that help professionals approach every intervention with greater confidence and expertise.

Faster configuration and commissioning

To maximise efficiency in field operations, CAREL provides APPLICA, the free smartphone app designed to simplify the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the latest generation of CAREL controllers, including the iJW family. Developed for replacement interventions and small refrigeration projects, iJW leverages its seamless integration with APPLICA to deliver a fast and intuitive user experience through features such as the 5-step configuration wizard and parameter import/export functions, enabling the same configuration to be quickly replicated across multiple units while significantly reducing commissioning time and effort. 

Maintenance and everyday support

During maintenance, CAREL digital tools help installers diagnose and solve issues faster. Through APPLICA, technicians can access historical operating data, review system information, adjust parameters and test loads to verify correct operation. Video tutorials and online support content, accessible via QR codes on the products, complement traditional documentation and provide immediate guidance for common issues.
